Our newest initiative, Pearls in Tech, is designed to equip female juniors and seniors in high school with 21st century digital and technical skills. All students will take part in professional development workshops and take online courses through the Skillsoft Percipio platform to learn more about coding and design skills related to their pathway of choice. Upon completion of the program, students will have the opportunity to apply for tech and software development internships secured by Tech Sassy Girlz at companies around the Central Florida area.
Pearls in Tech is an innovative program for high school girls in grades 11 – 12 interested in technology, computer science and/or entrepreneurship. The program focuses on four areas including:
1.Digital Literacy
2.Professional Development
3.Tech Internships
4.Entrepreneurship

 

To apply for Pearls in Tech, students must complete an online application.
Be a junior or senior in high school
Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
